Our family room was huge. Loved that. The hotel did smell when you first walked in but the room was fine. The morning staff was so sweet and helpful. The food area is not huge but she was so tentative clearing peoples plates for them. It served it’s purpose for a place to sleep for us.

The front staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The hotel's dryer had died that morning and so the staff were drying a whole building's worth of laundry in a small guest dryer! But despite that trial, they were kind, supportive of placing my family on the first floor to avoid lugging two toddlers upstairs and their breakfast in the morning was amazing!

We left a shirt of my husbands in the room when we checked out. I called the front desk and they said they would look for it and call me back. I got a call later that night that it wasn't found but had someone else who could check in the morning. I got another call in the morning and they couldn't find it. I really appreciate the extra effort to reach out to me. It really impressed me!

The breakfast is nice. A handmade waffle by ourselves is great. I also like the coffee in the breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Staff was helpful, very nice, room was clean. They made sure we had a room on the bottom floor and close to an exit as we had our dog. Will absolutely stay there on our next trip.
